Janken’s Henchmæn is a duo of Jemba Gian and Ale Colini, formed for the Waywords and Meansigns project. They first met in 2013 and started recording electronic stuff. Jemba plays guitar in the band Silence, Exile & Cunning. Silence, Exile & Cunning released their first album, named Exù, in 2013. Janken’s Henchmæn reveal passiveness about what musical creation concerns. Janken’s Henchmæn’s purpose is to play without conceptions and stop considering inspiration as mandatory for a further artistic development. Janken’s Henchmæn just wants to witness the demiurgical self-determination of rhythm and melody itself. Janken’s Henchmæn is not on-line but wants to be your friend.
Janken’s Henchmæn contributed to the second edition of Waywords and Meansigns, recording Book II Chapter 3, “The Stories: Tavernry in Feast”.
